"GenAI will play a pivotal role in reshaping the knowledge economy. Its swift growth will redirect workforce focus towards personal value adds such as empathy and wisdom," Dominello commented.
He further warned of the trust deficit that could arise if governments and businesses fail to adapt. "By understanding and valuing data and offering individuals autonomy over their own data, trust is enhanced, fostering stronger public engagement," Dominello noted.

A recent Foundry survey revealed that a vast majority of APAC businesses view the hybrid cloud data platforms as a strategic necessity. The study found that nearly half of the respondents have an enterprise data strategy in place, emphasizing the importance of a unified data platform for analytics and AI.
